Terms of Use

Last updated: 26 August 2026

These terms govern the use of the MHT PageWorks website at https://mhtpageworks.co.uk.

By using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

MHT PageWorks is a trading name of Mikhail Jiltsov, a sole trader in England.

Email: contact@mhtpageworks.co.uk
Website: https://mhtpageworks.co.uk

2. Our Services

MHT PageWorks provides website design and development services primarily to UK businesses.

Information displayed on this website is intended to provide a general description of our services.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard website package is a one-off website design and development service.

The precise scope, price, payment terms, revisions, delivery arrangements and other terms for an individual client project are governed by the separate project agreement entered into between MHT PageWorks and that client.

3. No Project Is Created By Visiting This Website

Viewing this website, contacting us or viewing an initial website preview does not by itself create a contractual obligation for either party to proceed with a project.

A client project will only proceed once the applicable project terms have been agreed.

4. Prices

Prices displayed on this website are intended to describe our current standard offering.

Where the standard package is advertised as £800, this is ordinarily structured as:

  • £300 project deposit; and
  • £500 final payment before handover.

Unless otherwise stated, any individually agreed quotation or signed project agreement takes priority over general pricing information displayed on this website.

MHT PageWorks may change publicly advertised prices for future projects.

Any change will not alter the price of an existing project that has already been contractually agreed.

5. Project Payments

Payment facilities on this website are intended for customers who have already discussed and agreed a project with MHT PageWorks.

Please do not make a project payment unless you have received appropriate payment instructions from us.

Payments may be processed by Stripe using Stripe-hosted payment pages.

Payment to MHT PageWorks does not alter or replace the terms of an existing signed project agreement.

If you believe you have made a payment in error, contact contact@mhtpageworks.co.uk as soon as possible.

6. Third-Party Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe or another expressly identified payment provider.

MHT PageWorks does not directly store your complete payment-card details.

Use of Stripe's payment services may also be subject to Stripe's applicable terms and privacy practices.

7. Website Previews

Where MHT PageWorks offers a free website preview:

  • the preview is for demonstration and evaluation purposes;
  • it may not represent the final website;
  • it may contain temporary or example content;
  • it does not oblige the prospective client to purchase the website; and
  • MHT PageWorks is not required to provide source files or ownership of an unpaid preview.

Any final project will be governed by the separately agreed project terms.

8. No Guaranteed Results

MHT PageWorks provides website design and development services.

Unless expressly stated in a signed project agreement, we do not guarantee:

  • a particular Google or other search-engine ranking;
  • a specific level of traffic;
  • a particular number of enquiries;
  • a particular conversion rate;
  • increased revenue;
  • increased profit; or
  • any other particular commercial outcome.

Results may depend on numerous factors outside our control.

9. Third-Party Services

This website and client websites may rely on third-party services, which may include:

  • Cloudflare;
  • Stripe;
  • domain registrars;
  • hosting providers;
  • email providers; and
  • other software or infrastructure providers.

MHT PageWorks does not control these third parties and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability, pricing, features or continued operation.

10. Intellectual Property In This Website

Unless otherwise stated, the design, original text, branding, graphics and original code forming the MHT PageWorks website are owned by or licensed to MHT PageWorks.

You may view and use this website for ordinary personal or business-information purposes.

You must not, without permission:

  • reproduce substantial parts of this website;
  • falsely present our materials as your own;
  • use our branding in a way that suggests an association or endorsement that does not exist; or
  • deliberately interfere with the operation or security of the website.

Nothing in these terms affects third-party intellectual-property rights or open-source licences.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not knowingly use this website:

  • unlawfully;
  • fraudulently;
  • to introduce malicious code;
  • to attempt unauthorised access to systems;
  • to disrupt the website or infrastructure;
  • to misuse payment functionality; or
  • in a manner intended to harm MHT PageWorks or other users.

12. Accuracy Of Website Information

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate.

However, general website content may be updated from time to time and should not be treated as legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.

Where information on this website conflicts with a signed client project agreement, the signed project agreement will take priority in relation to that project.

13. Availability

We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • maintenance;
  • third-party service outages;
  • technical faults;
  • security measures; or
  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

14. Links To Other Websites

This website may link to third-party websites or services.

A link does not necessarily mean that MHT PageWorks endorses or controls that third party.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of websites operated by others.

15. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the extent permitted by law, MHT PageWorks is not responsible for losses resulting solely from reliance on general information displayed on this public website where that information is not part of an agreed client project.

Liability arising from an individual website project is governed by the applicable project agreement.

16. Privacy

Our use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Website Terms from time to time.

The version currently published on this website will apply to use of the public website from the date stated above.

Changes to these general website terms do not retrospectively alter the terms of an existing signed project agreement.

18. Governing Law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute relating to use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply.
