Ongoing management
MHT PageWorks continues to manage the hosting and technical infrastructure while your Managed Website service is active, so you do not need to deal with hosting configuration, DNS or routine domain management. Your domain and business identity remain yours.
After the initial 12-month term, the service continues monthly and can be cancelled with notice before the next renewal.
Major content changes, redesigns, new pages and new functionality are not included in the monthly fee and can be quoted separately.

Explore the processWhat's the difference between the two website options?
Both include the same bespoke design and responsive build. Website Ownership is £800 one-off, with complete handover and no ongoing MHT PageWorks fee; you arrange your own hosting, domain renewals and technical management. Managed Website is £399 setup plus £49/month for Managed Website Hosting & Support, with a 12-month minimum term, then rolling monthly.
What do you need from me to get started?
Start with a little about your business, your services and what you want the website to achieve. If you have a logo, photos, written content or an existing website, share those too. We'll agree what content is needed before work begins.
How long will my website take?
The timeline depends on the agreed scope, the content available and time for your feedback. We'll discuss the stages and agree a realistic timeline before you commit.
Will my website work on phones and tablets?
Yes. Both options include a responsive build for desktop, tablet and mobile, with layouts and navigation checked across key screen sizes before launch.
Can I request changes to the design?
Yes. After your review, one complimentary round of refinements is included so the finished website feels right before final sign-off.
Does my domain stay mine?
Yes. Your domain and business identity remain yours. With Managed Website, we handle domain and DNS management and standard domain renewal while the plan is active. With Website Ownership, you manage these after handover.
What if I need changes after launch?
We can quote separately for future changes or additional work. Website Ownership includes a short post-launch bug-fix period. The Managed Website service covers hosting and technical infrastructure; major content changes, redesigns, new pages and new functionality are quoted separately.
Can I cancel the Managed Website service?
There is a 12-month minimum term. After that, the service continues monthly and can be cancelled with notice before the next renewal. Hosting and technical management are provided while the plan is active.
Do you handle card details?
No. Payment buttons link to Stripe-hosted Checkout or Stripe Payment Links. MHT PageWorks does not directly store raw card details.
What happens before payment?
The project scope should be agreed first. Once the deliverables and timeline are clear, MHT PageWorks can send the correct payment link.
